Use the gear grinding machine correctly:
1,Adjust the grinding depth and grinding time of the grinder according to the diameter and thickness of the circular saw blade to ensure that the cutting edge after grinding is the same as the cutting edge of the new circular saw blade.
2,Before grinding circular saw blades, be sure to wear gloves and goggles to avoid accidents. Turn on the sharpening machine, place the circular saw blade on the grinding wheel in the correct grinding direction, gently push the circular saw blade, maintain a slight pressure, and let the blade grind evenly.
3,Check that after grinding the circular saw blade, check whether the cutting edge of the circular saw blade is uniform and the same as the cutting edge of the new circular saw blade. If necessary, the sharpener can be readjusted and ground again.
