Some adjustments before the saw blade grinding machine is used:
1,Saw blade thickness adjustment: In order to make the grinding of the saw blade average up and down, the center of the grinding wheel and the thickness center of the saw blade should be in a straight line.
2,Cutting Angle adjustment: Because the material to be cut by the saw blade is very variable, the suitable cutting Angle should be selected according to the material to be cut.
3,Cut the Angle, and then lock the clamping seat screws. Tooth type change: Generally there are two types of teeth, one is triangular teeth, the other is curved teeth, and the tooth type should be decided before grinding. The gear type should be changed when the machine is running, with the L-shaped plate to change the gear type change knob, select the tooth type to be ground.
